Reduced Singapore attraction entry fees for Asian airline customers
Singapore holidays are proving even more fulfilling for customers of the AirAsia airline who recently announced that processing fees would be eliminated from airfare costs alongside reduced entry fees to some of the nation’s most popular tourism hotspots.
The promotion is valid for travellers who embark on flights to Singapore from the Thai island of Phuket and travel is priced at 1,890THB per way including fees and airport tax.
The real benefit of the promotion is indeed the reduced entry to Singapore’s best attractions with travellers simply having to display their AirAsia boarding pass in order to receive 25 per cent off entry admission.
Thai AirAsia CEO, Mr Tassapon Bijleveld explained “Singapore is one of the most popular destinations for families as it is full of activities for the entire family and also a great place for children to learn.”
AirAsia have placed families at the forefront of their commercial considerations via the establishment of the ‘Fun Everyday in Singapore’ directive that coincides with the regional school break whereby fulfilling and worthwhile Singapore-based activities have been marketed to the family unit in the hopes of stoking a greater connection and rapport while also providing a boost to Singapore’s tourism industry.
Attractions that are valid for reduced entry under AirAsia’s promotion include the Gardens by the Bay, Jurong Bird Park, Resorts World Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer.
The Jurong Bird Park itself is one of the most renowned free-flying aviaries in Asia with 5,000 birds across 380 species located in the park that spans 20.2 hectares offering visitors a vast environment to explore and enjoy.
