Holidays to Bali may comprise a stay at the St. Regis Bali Resort that has recently been crowned Indonesia Resort of the Year 2012/2013 at the Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards 2012.
St. Regis Bali Resort is no stranger to receiving prestigious accolades having won Indonesia Leading Luxury Resort in 2011 and Indonesia Resort of The Year the previous year and it is no surprise that they have maintained their reputation as a leader in lavish accommodation for both local and international guests.
This was the third year that the Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards have taken place and after an initial online vote, a Board of Advisors organised executive meetings, eventually achieving consensus on their winner.
St. Regis is located in the south east of Bali in the township of Nusa Dua – home to many large five-star resorts, 40 kilometres from the provincial capital of Denpasar and a popular destination amongst travellers.
St. Regis Bali was opened in 2008 and the first to be unveiled in Asia, supplementing the prevalence of the brand throughout North America in locations such as New York and Miami as well as throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The nine hectare Bali resort is much more than a hotel alone, including four restaurants, a spa, fitness centre, tropical park and a children’s learning centre catering for all of the family’s needs.
There are 123 indigenous designed suites, villas and residences at St. Regis Bali that specialise in Balinese luxury with modern perks mixed in as well such as complimentary Wi-Fi and a 24 hour personalised Butler service.
