The Asian continent now boasts 100 individual Novotel hotels after Accor opened the doors to its milestone 100th branch on the Thai island of Phuket.
Famed for her turquoise waters and secluded bays complete with idyllic limestone karsts, Phuket boasts numerous high end resorts and the Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach Resort takes its location on the island’s west coast – home to many of the well revered beach communities such as Bang Tao, Patong and Karon.
Located just yards from the waters of the Andaman Sea lapping the foreshore, the Kamala Beach Resort boasts a truly unbeatable location and with 166 rooms, suites and villas all boasting scenic views of either the ocean or hotel gardens, the branch is likely to prove a luxurious stay for travellers enjoying unforgettable breaks in Phuket.
If the location wasn’t enough, guests are also treated to a number of first rate on-site amenities such as three individual restaurants, a swimming pool with a snacking facility, a kids club, fitness centre and a day spa, not to mention a trendy bar forging part of the hotel’s rooftop.
For travellers unfamiliar with Phuket and wanting to gauge their local surroundings and attractions, free WiFi also proves a fixture in the hotel’s offering, so guests can peruse the Internet at their leisure.
Chairman of Accor Asia Pacific, Michael Issenberg spoke about the breakthrough of the Novotel brand in Asia noting “Novotel was Accor’s first brand and our first brand to enter Asia Pacific and it remains one of our mainstays.
“It is especially fitting that our 100th Novotel should be a resort as the brand is increasingly focused on expanding its resort network in the most beautiful locations in the world.”
