Dine with a murder mystery on Thailand holidays

For those looking to enjoy a little drama with their meal, an upcoming show at the Royal Meridien Hotel may be a perfect way to spend the evening, enjoying a performance by Murder Mystery Asia.

The entertainment troupe will be appearing at the venue from June 2nd – 4th and diners will be able to see the tale unfold while tucking into a four-course dinner that includes grilled beef tenderloin and roasted lobster.

It will cost 3,350 baht (£68) to attend the evening and revel in the action of the Murder at the Casino Fatale. The story centres around a Las Vegas detective who has to investigate the suspicious death of a man at a blackjack table, where a range of people are suspected.

The Royal Meridien Hotel is part of the Plaza Anthenee on Wireless Road and was once the home of royalty, as the current king's aunt, Princess Valaya Alongkorn, lived there.
